At Art Botanica, each piece is handcrafted with care and made to order, which means all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If your piece arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, I gladly offer exchanges or store credit. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I’ll make it right.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition.

• You must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is due to an error on my part.
